A heavy double radiator had begun pulling away from the original Edwardian brickwork, where the wall surface was dry and flaky. The existing fixing points were failing, so we widened the original holes, injected structural resin, and set heavy-duty bolts into place to provide extra strength and long-term stability. A laser level was used to ensure perfect alignment before securely refitting the radiator.
